mental health. We discuss the effects of isolation, lack of
control, and changes in daily routines. Also, we give some advice
to reduce emotional distress and identify when professional help is
needed.

for Psychological Services, and Adjunct Professor for the M.S. in
Psychology program. She specializes in adult group therapy and the
