In this episode, we talk about the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on mental health. We discuss the effects of isolation, lack of control, and changes in daily routines. Also, we give some advice to reduce emotional distress and identify when professional help is needed.
 
Our guest for this podcast is Dr. Helena Orellana, Director of the IPS Center for Psychological Services, and Adjunct Professor for the M.S. in Psychology program.
